  • Payment Reversal: Processed within approximately 15 business days, subject to your financial institution’s policies.
  • The customer is responsible for coordinating with their bank regarding reversals.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Items may be exchanged for products of equal or lesser value only.
  • Any remaining balance will be issued as a store credit.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued for the full amount.

7.4 Store Credit

  • Store credits (coupons) are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
  • Store credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7.5 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition
  • Must include original tags (or tags must be returned inside the package)
  • Must be returned in original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
