Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
Items must:
- Be unused
- Be in original condition
- Include original tags
- Be returned in original packaging
Refunds
Refunds apply only for:
- Defective products
- Legal withdrawal cases
Methods:
- Bank transfer: 5 business days after receiving product
- Payment reversal: up to 15 business days (handled by bank)
Exchanges
- Subject to inventory availability
- Only equal or lesser value products allowed
- Price difference issued as store credit
Store Credit
- Valid for 6 months
- Non-refundable
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
Non-Returnable Items
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet conditions.
